Disable the feature My Recent Document in Windows
My Recent Documents menu is a list on the Start menu to memorize the text file, image,video .. you have opened in the nearest. ..
The purpose of this help you return to work faster. However, if need, you can really turn off this feature!Choose I:
Right-click the mouse on Start menu (Taskbar) – Properties. In the Start Menu tab, click the Customize button
Select Advance tab -> Unselect the option List my most recently openned documents to Windows does not remember the next documents and click the Clear List button to delete a list of files that Windows has remembered!
Choose II:
Step 1: Go to Start – Run (Windows icon + R) type regedit and press enter
Step 2: Find the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER / Software / Microsoft / Windows / CurrentVersion / Policies / Explorer
Step 3: Right-click your mouse, select New> DWORD and rename it to NoRecentDocsHistory (if it is not have created)

Step 4: Double Click on NoRecentDocsHistory and enter the value 1 to enter records.Wish you success!
