    Choose I:

    Right-click the mouse on Start menu (Taskbar) – Properties. In the Start Menu tab, click the Customize button

    Select Advance tab ->  Unselect the option List my most recently openned documents to Windows does not remember the next documents and click the Clear List button to delete a list of files that Windows has remembered!

    Choose II:

    Step 1: Go to StartRun (Windows icon + R) type regedit and press enter

    Step 2: Find the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER / Software / Microsoft / Windows / CurrentVersion / Policies / Explorer

    Step 3: Right-click your mouse, select New> DWORD and rename it to NoRecentDocsHistory (if it is not have created)

    Step 4: Double Click on NoRecentDocsHistory and enter the value 1 to enter records.
