• Speed Up Windows With Few Steps

  You have installed windows for along time and felt the windows seem to go more slowly, but a lot of data and software installed so you can not reinstall the windows.   1. Clean your Desktop.

  Too many files, shortcuts on the desktop will cause the boot process may become longer. Clean the desktop is also a way to help improve system speed.

  If there is too much data, the best way is put files to “My Documents”, or can put them in separate folders in the drive. Then, create shortcuts of folders or files used on the desktop to be able to access faster.

  5. Turn off mode auto-launch programs

  Minimize unnecessary programs that will help you start contributing to improving the speed of the system. Following some steps below:

  - Click on Start, choose Run –> type msconfig in the dialog box and press Enter (for Windows XP) or to Windows Vista and Windows Seven simply click Start, type msconfig in the dialog box and press Enter to open System Configuration dialog.

  

  - System Configuration dialog box appears, you select the Startup tab to see a list of programs that automatically launch when Windows starting. Based on this list, you should keep or remove unnecessary programs, contributing to improve the system

  

  Note: You should only keep security programs (firewall or antivirus) in the Startup.

  6. Disable some unnecessary services.

  There are a some services are integrated in Windows but users not usually used. Although not used to these services, but Windows still load it when Windows starting. This action take many system resources and reduce speed of the system.

  - Open Services dialog by click Start –> Run, type services.msc (Windows XP) or go to Control Panel –> View local services (Windows Vista & Seven)

  - Then right click on the services want to stop and choose Stop to turn off, or Start to turn on. You can disable service by Right click –> Properties and choose Startup Type: Disabled
