Turn off Error Reporting in Windows Vista
Windows Vista creates problems and comes out with failures every ten minute you use. Anything above normal and you can expect Windows Explorer in Vista to hang up invariably. Now, how annoying is that if the stupid dialog box pops up whenever there’s something that has gone wrong? You will obviously love to get rid of Vista, but for now, let the lesser pain suffice. Yes, here is how you can get rid of the error dialog box.

To disable the error reporting service, do this
- Click Start
- In the Search box, type Services and press Enter
- In the right pane of the Services console, scroll down to find Windows Error Reporting Service and double click it
- On the General tab, set the Startup Type to Disabled.
You are done. Very easy
